Jordan Brand has announced their newest team member, Portland Trailblazers Power Forward, LaMarcus Aldridge. The Texas native earned notoriety at a young age when he became a Parade All-American at Seagoville High School in Dallas. After two dominating seasons with the Longhorns at the University of Texas, LaMarcus declared for the 2006 draft and was selected as the second overall pick by the Chicago Bulls. The collection features two shoes, the classic Air Jordan VI recapturing historic moments from the Manga’s main character Hanamichi Sakuragi, and the new Super.Fly 3 showcasing brand new artwork bringing the epic’s hero back from nearly a two decade long injury hiatus. The Collection continues to showcase the impact of Michael Jordan’s career on fans worldwide by showcasing the manga’s art on the shoe’s special packaging as well as a matching collection of apparel. FILA is looking to make a splash this fall with their new “Lemon and Lime” Pack. The brand digs deep in their archives to 1994 making a Player Exclusive colorway designed solely for Grant Hill’s Sprite commercial available to the public for the very first time.
