Air Max Day Collection Coming Soon
The Air Max Day Collection is releasing throughout March 2017 in honor of the Air Max’s 30th Anniversary. The Air Max 1 was the first shoe to have visible Nike Air cushioning. Tinker Hatfield first designed three unforgettable colorways: classic white, red/grey/white, and blue/grey. The iconic shoe is reimagined with this new Nike Air Max 1 Sport Red.
Inspired by the Air Max Plus, the Nike Air Max Jewell is the second ever women’s only Air Max model. The sneaker has a clean look with a single air cushion in the heel. The unibody meshed based sneaker releases March 8th.
The Air Max 90 OG is quickly recognized, especially in its vibrant Infrared color. Of course, the Air Max 90 Flyknit has new additions. A Flyknit upper increases flexibility and a cored-out midsole decreases weight and increases comfort. This shoe is releasing March 2nd in a variety of colorways to fit everyone’s style.
Co-created by famed Japanese retailer, Atmos, the Air Max Atmos Elephant was originally part of the “Zoo Pack,” released in 2006. This collaboration sneaker’s color blocking to highlights the subtle jade Swoosh.
Streetwear designer, Hiroshi Fujiwara, created the LD-Zero for Air Max Day 2016. The LD-Zero mixes a clean upper inspired by the 70s-era Nike LD1000 and the Boston with the 360 Air Max unit that debuted in 2006 and was updated for the Air Max 2014. The result is a unique design that brings together classic style and modern comfort.
This 30th-anniversary edition of the Air Max 1 combines materials from the most coveted styles in Air Max history. For instance, the Master’s upper includes original red toe tips, the beloved “Safari” print, and other classic details.
To celebrate 30 years of Air Max 1, we have the Air Max 1 Ultra 2.0. This sneaker has cored-out ultra-tooling helping make a lightweight Air Max model. The date of the original release “3.26” marks the tongue.
The Nike Air VaporMax is the shoe that reinvents Air. The visible cushioning and flexible Flyknit makes the VaporMax light as air and flexible. Thirty years later, the Air becomes visible in a new form. This sneaker will be available March 26.
