Check Out the Upcoming Nike SB Blazer
Professional skateboarder and artist, Lance Mountain teamed up with Nike to produce a colorful new SB Blazer. Lance has loved the SB Blazer since he was a child so he made sure to add his personal touch to this design.
The left shoe’s heel reads 78 while the right heal has a 17. The number 78 represents the year 1978 when Lance first saw the SB Blazer. As a kid, he often saw his skateboarder heros wearing the Blazer. Additionally, the tile-like debossing on the shoe was inspired by Mountain’s time pool skateboarding. Of course the artwork that Mountain produced throughought his life influenced the colorful swoosh.
