Converse reveals the uniquness of the LA street culture scene with four all new collaborations that consist of well-known West Coast establishments, Babylon LA, ROKIT, CLOT, and RSVP Gallery to produce a new offering of footwear and apparel. The collaboration pays homage to the diversity of LA streetwear as each of these brands represent their own perspective of silhouettes (Chuck 70; Fastbreak; One Star CC) and color palettes that caters to Converse’s basketball heritage for the NBA All-Star Weekend.
WHO: Babylon
WHAT: Lee Spielman and Garrett Stevenson’s label, Babylon LA, has created a sense of community for Los Angeles youth. Intended to be a cultural center for kids of the skate scene, Babylon continues to push the envelope of the DIY mentality of punk and skateboarding in a welcoming atmosphere.
