Look Fly in the New Flyknit Nike Zoom KD10
Ten years ago this month, Nike signed Kevin Durant and this month they release the Nike Zoom KD10. Durant fell in love with Flyknit when he first wore the Flyknit Racer in 2012. Since then KD wanted to incorporate the amazing material into his basketball shoes.
Of course, the KD10 was made to suit a basketball player’s needs. The shoe’s Flyknit construction made this shoe flexible, breathable and supportive. The technology of the shoe’s low stretch, high-tenacity yarn at stress points and a high stretch yarn at the collar and across the foot makes for one of the best basketball shoes out there.
With a new shoe comes a new and improved lacing system. In addition to a new upper, the new laces make your foot feel snug and supported to the midsole. Still in the mix, is the full length Nike Zoom Air unit that was originally debuted in the KD9. The Air is enhanced for maximum impact cushioning and durability.
Available May 26, the KD10 Anniversary colorway is a faint blue, with a Swoosh featuring intermixed team colors from Durant’s teams since college. The KD10 Still KD (white) colorway drops June 1.
