NikeLab Sock Dart Mid X Stone Island
The new and improved NikeLab Sock Dart Mid x Stone Island shoe will be available January 26! This shoe originally released in Japan in 2004 and of course became a collector’s item in no time. At this point, we know the colors releasing are black, sequoia, and midnight navy.
This release marks the first time the Sock Dart is made into a mid cut shoe as well as water-resistant. After experimentation at Stone Island, Italy, the sandwich mesh fabric and a silicon print now take over the upper. No doubt engineered print and new technology helped create the shoe’s unique upper.
To top off the protection, the straps characteristic holes are filled and Ariaprene makes up the collar. The pattern of the forefoot of the shoe’s outsole improved water dispersion and traction. Stone Island’s signature badge decorates the tongue of the shoe.
The NikeLab Sock Dart Mid x Stone Island will be available January 26 at NikeLab retailers, nike.com/nikelab, Stone Island Flagship Stores and stoneisland.com.
