Sneaker Summit Recap
This past Sunday, Sneaker Summit had its anticipated holiday event. Even though, the location was different the Bayou City Event Center was a full house and was filled with sneakerheads and sneaker fanatics. It was exciting seeing everyone have a good time buying, trading, selling, and talking. Houston’s ‘biggest sneaker event’ was a huge success as everyone had nothing, but good comments.
This season, we had a coloring wall for people to make their own designs and styles. Kids to adults were coloring, contributing to the memory. Bryan ‘Kadoma’ Angelle the founder was caught coloring.
The Monster’s Traders Lounge was anything but empty during the whole event. VIPs seemed happy as they were coming in, receiving their very own swag bags. The Houston sneaker community was eager to get inside and see new merch and products. Our DJ’s did an amazing job keeping the party atmosphere going and flowing.
Our special guest, The Perfect Pair was taking pictures with fans and autographing shoes, accessories, and shirts. Kenny was appreciative for being invited and being received enthusiastically.
Everyone was encouraged to participate in our traditional contests. People cheered on the participants and the people who won prizes. We appreciate all our sponsors for making the contests and prizes possible.
The Summit did everything they could to accommodate everyone. The next event will be the All-Star event on February 19th in New Orleans.
