Adidas Consortium x Kith Aspen
2016 began with Ronnie Fieg and Adidas collaborating. The year will also end with a collaboration between the two renowned names. Adidas Consortium x Kith Aspen create a new UltraBOOST Mid and Response Trail BOOST. The anticipated collaboration will drop on Friday, December 23rd.
Ronnie created a completely new silhouette design, the UltraBOOST Mid. The Mid has the same performance abilities however, it does have a more luxurious design. The collar consists of a ribbed sock-like appearance to receive a snug fit. There is additional padding which locks the wearers foot in place.
The upper is cage-less and instead has taped panels. The upper features an all-over multi-color Primeknit which is seasonal. The Primeknit is made from wool-blended fabric to capture warmth. Multi-colored laces are some of the many highlighting details.
The Response Trail BOOST reflects Ronnie’s unique taste. The Response features a double-layered mesh vamp and a neoprene collar. The overlays are premium tumbled nubuck. The signature Three Stripes are asymmetrical since, it offers faster lacing. The midsole displays the BOOST tech and BOOST foam.
Adidas Consortium x Kith Aspen collection will release on Decemeber 23rd. The UltraBOOST Mid will retail for $220, while the Trail BOOST is $160.
