Converse x Fragment
Converse x Fragment team up to launch a limited edition collection. The ‘Chucks’ store introduces the ‘Converse Essentials’ collection of apparel staples. While the partnership releases something together, there is also a collection with just Converse: ‘Converse Essentials Apparel’. Limited edition collection comes out on September 28th and the inline apparel collection comes out on September 29th.
Converse Essential Apparel
In the Converse Essentials collection each piece is made of fabric that fades naturally with long-term wear, durable stitching and a managed shrinkage fit. The fabric makes the clothing seem like it’s new; it remains the same throughout its lifespan.
The apparel offers clothing for both men,and women. The six piece collection includes a tee, crewneck, pull-over hoodie, full-zip hoodie, jogger, backpack. Details such as the nickel YKK zipper sets the monochrome look, while the eyelets are matte with a rubberized touch. The flat seam eliminates bulk and discomfort.
Limited Edition Collection: Converse x Fragment
To introduce the Converse Essentials collection, the founder of Fragment, Hiroshi Fujiwara, designed a limited edition collection. The Fragment founder himself tested the clothing by washing his collection for 12 years. As a result of this the garment was turned into a vintage piece as it represents the possibilities of the Essentials collection.
Converse Essential collection comes out on September 28th while the Converse x Fragment limited edition collection comes out the following day on the 29th.
