Reebok x Kendrick Lamar ‘Red & Blue’
Reebok x Kendrick Lamar release the final installment to the Red & Blue Collection. The Classic Leather Lux is back for the drop on Black Friday, November 25th.
The Classic Leather Lux will be back in a olive green premium leather. The green heel is embossed ‘RED’ on the right shoe and ‘BLUE’ on the left. The gum features a retro look to it, the outsole is orange as well as the lining. The red and blue embossed text symbolizes the division between gangs to emphasize the the artist’s message of neutrality. While the distinctive green signifies an old Compton saying ‘mixing Red and Blue makes Green.
“I want to create products that provide fans with larger meanings and messages.” Kendrick wants to work together in order to break down barriers and prosper. As a cultural icon he wants to send positive messages as he transcends generations. He’s seen as epitome of the sneaker’s evolution and bold future.
